Service Description

Let WCPA help you with your small business needs. Our firm can help you with setting up your small business and accounting setup. This service provides the following services: * Setup an LLC with your state (*additional state filing fees may apply) * Obtain your employee identification number (EIN) * Identify the appropriate licenses required for your business * A listing of tax deductions for your small business * Discuss the various tax structures for your business (S-corp, Corp, Sole Proprietor, or Partnership) This appointment requires clients to pay the appropriate fee for this appointment. Please note, this deposit is nonrefundable, however clients are able to reschedule once if needed.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel a session or appointment, please contact our office within 24 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments not cancelled during this time period will not be allowed to reschedule. Please note, deposits are nonrefundable. Appointments can be rescheduled only once after cancellation.
