Who should schedule this appointment? This appointment should be scheduled by an individual or entity who has tax issues requiring tax resolution: * Back tax years requiring tax compliance * Unpaid taxes and penalties * Erroneous taxes paid or penalties previously paid * Audit or tax examinations * Liens and levies * Offer and compromise requests During this appointment, our firm will: *Review your tax correspondence and make contact with either the IRS or state *agency. Determine if there are any steps that can be taken to reduce your tax liability initially with the IRS. If so, we will do so within our initial consultation. Next, we will review your case and provide the next steps for resolving your tax problems. This may require additional time, preparation of tax returns and/or other services. We will provide you with an estimate of any additional costs if required and an additional scope of services if necessary to reduce your tax liability further. How is the deposit applied? The deposit amount will be applied to the cost of the initial tax representation appointment. The deposit amount is nonrefundable. Clients can reschedule the appointment only once if necessary by contacting our office by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The final cost depends on the time, preparation requirements and type of services you required. How to submit your documents to our firm Our firm uses an online secured server to retrieve information from clients. Clients can upload documents using the homepage of our website. Clients are required to submit their engagement letter, tax organizer and tax documents prior to the appointment. Upon booking, you will be provided a link to download the required files. Please note, if we do not have your documents at the time of the appointment, we may request you to reschedule. Follow up procedures Our firm begins processing your information as soon as possible. In order to complete your request timely, we request you upload your information prior to your appointment. If you are unable to do so, please feel free to reach out to our office! If your file has no activity after our firm reaches out to you, after 60 days our office closes your case file.
To cancel a session or appointment, please contact our office within 24 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments not cancelled during this time period will not be allowed to reschedule. Please note, deposits are nonrefundable. Appointments can be rescheduled only once after cancellation.
