Who should schedule this appointment? The appointment is for taxpayers who want WCPA to set up a payment arrangement, installment agreement, or hardship request with the local, state, or federal tax agency. It is also for taxpayers who want WCPA to review their tax issues and advise them on the next steps. During this appointment, our firm will: Review your tax correspondence and contact the IRS or state agency. We will request a payment arrangement, installment agreement, or financial hardship request with the local, state, or federal tax agency. We will review your specific tax issue and guide what steps you should take to resolve the tax matter. If this warrants additional services from our firm, we will provide an engagement and quote to help resolve the issue. How is the deposit applied? The deposit amount is nonrefundable. Clients can reschedule the appointment only once if necessary by contacting our office by email at cpa@washcpallc.com. Any additional costs depend on the time, preparation requirements, and type of services you require. How to submit your documents to our firm Our firm uses a secure server to retrieve information from clients. Clients can upload documents using our website's homepage. Clients are required to submit their engagement letter and tax documents before the appointment. We will provide a link to download the necessary files upon booking. Please note that if we do not have your documents at the time of the appointment, we may request you to reschedule. If we do not receive the necessary documents within 60 days, our office will close your file case, and all funds will be forfeited.
